Keith has been playing traditional jazz piano around the lower mainland and in the BC interior for the past 15 years. After acquiring a degree in jazz from Capilano University, Keith has enjoyed teaching music and specialized education in Langley.  He enjoys performing solo piano but also leads a New Orleans style Jazz Band called The South Central Hot 7. In recent years, Keith has toured and joined forces with the Bruce James Orchestra, a big band focussed on swing and dance music from the mid-20th century. This Friday, Keith will be covering the piano and vocal stylings of W.C Handy, Scott Joplin, Mac Rebenak (Dr. John), Harry Connick Jr., Jerry Lee Lewis and Jelly Roll Morton.
